Please attend your appointment alone. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children, pets, and additional guests are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of your appointment and the application of cancellation fees in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

cancellation & no-show policy

We deeply value the time we dedicate to each of our clients. As your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

— Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
— Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

All cancellations must be made via phone call or text to 0474 778 715. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate cancellations via Instagram.
